Psychotherapy
I am licensed to practice in both Illinois and Michigan.
I'm credentialed in both states with Blue Cross Blue Shield. I'm happy to bill your insurance company for our sessions.
Cash pay and Out of Network Clients:
Individual therapy: $155 Couples therapy: $175 per session.
If you do not have BCBS, I'm happy to prepare a statement for submission to your insurer. Many insurers cover out of network providers although patients sometimes pay higher co-pays.
Coaching:
Life or Career Coaching for Individuals: $155 for a 50 minute session.
Retirement Coaching for Couples: $175
Small Business Coaching: $200 for a 50 minute consultation.
Payment Policies:
Cash pay clients are required to pay fees in advance and payment is due upon receipt of invoice.
Cancellation Policy: 24 hours notice or incur full charge.
